Big Bear Resort is also convenient to dining, shopping, and area activities, and is an excellent gathering place for family reunions, wedding parties, golfing, and small groups.
Each cozy den room comes equipped with a kitchenette and whirlpool bathtub. The one-bedroom cabin features a private balcony, screened-in patio with hot tub, and full kitchen. All accommodations at Big Bear Resort include cozy gas fireplaces, coffeemakers, cable TV/VCRs, washer/dryers, and more. **NOTE: There will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $35 per unit, collected upon check-in.**
**This property requires a two-night minimum stay for arrivals between 1/20/05-5/24/05, 6/3/05-10/6/05, 11/7/05-11/22/05, and 11/29/05-12/23/05. A three-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 5/25/05-6/2/05, 10/7/05-11/6/05, 11/23/05-11/28/05, and 12/24/05-1/2/06.**
**The pool is only open from May 1st until the end of October.**
