The Maplehurst Inn is located in the historic Maplehurst Park area of downtown Knoxville, Tenn. The inn is adjacent to the University of Tennessee campus and the Loudon Lake section of the Tennessee River. The Market Square stores of the city's downtown are one-half mile from the bed and breakfast.
This 81-year- old mansion offers 18th-century decor, including antique mirrors and 10-foot ceilings in the foyer. Complimentary breakfast buffets are served each morning in the dining room. Depart the airport driving south on Airport Highway/US-129 South/Alcoa Highway.

Merge onto Airport Highway/US-129 North.
Airport Highway becomes Alcoa Highway/TN-115 North/TN-73 North.
Merge onto I-40 East toward Asheville/Interstate 275/Lexington and proceed one-half mile.
Take the US-441 South/Henley Street exit (Exit 338) toward downtown.
Proceed five blocks.
