Turn left at traffic light. Drive under US 93 Overpass and turn left at next traffic light onto American Way. The Ramada Inn is on your left. EAST: I-81 Exit 74B onto US Route 11 West, towards Kingsport. Continue on 11W through traffic lights One (@ 13.7 Miles) and Two (@ 15.1 Miles).
