This 300-acre property is truly a wildlife sanctuary in an environment of mountains, meadows, cliffs, rivers, and captivating sunsets.

197 Elk Ridge, Butler, TN - From Tri-Cities Regional Airport: Depart airport going northeast on Airport Access Road toward Airport Circle and stay straight to go onto Airport Circle. Turn left onto TN-75 South/McKellar Drive and continue to follow TN-75 for 6.8 miles. Merge onto US-23 South/I- 26 East via the ramp on the left and continue for 10.8 miles. Merge onto US-321 North via EXIT 31 toward Elizabethton/Milligan College and continue for 8.6 miles. Turn slightly right onto TN-37/US-321/Veterans Memorial Parkway and continue to follow TN-37 South/US-321 South for 5.1 miles. Turn left onto TN-67/US-321. Travel 10 miles and cross over a bridge over the Elk River. Turn left just past mile marker 8 at the wooden sign for Sugar Hollow. Go one half mile and turn left on a gravel road directly opposite a red brick house. There is a wooden sign for Sugar Hollow on the left. Follow the gravel road for about one half mile, bearing right past the Chestnut Farmhouse and uphill to The Lodge.
